SHOE CARE ADVICE
In a bid to offer a broad range of advice, across a selection of our most popular materials, we joined forces with Ben & Chris, both Managers of Crockett & Jones shops in London. Creating a series of short videos showcasing how to care for your Crockett & Jones shoes.

ANTIQUE & BURNISHED CALF
All European calf skins from the finest tanneries, available in a range of rich aniline dyed colours. The strong tannage will ensure that this leather will, if regularly polished, last for many years to come.
SUEDE & CALF SUEDE
Our suede is strong and durable, and has a good substance. Due to its special tannage, this leather is water and stain repellent under normal conditions, which helps to retain its nap and colour. Calf Suede is made from European calf skins and has a finer nap and soft handle. With proper care and attention, our suede will last for many years.
GRAINS (ALL)
The Grain skins used by Crockett & Jones are of the highest quality, tanned by the finest and most knowledgeable European tanneries still in operation today. All of the grain leathers used are embossed Calf skins but given the styles they are used for will require TLC is they are to withstand the elements.
